Refund policy

Items are final sale.  Items are refunded only if defective.  Unfortunately, no exchanges for the moment.  Request for return must be made by email, within 7 days after receipt.  Please attach photo of any defects.  All items will be inspected prior to authorization for refund.   

Any loss or theft of item should be reported to the carrier for tracking and investigation.  Please keep all tracking numbers and incident confirmations for reference.
